Dr. Carr received his dental degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1983. He completed a Post Doctoral Scholars program in Graduate Endodontics at the University of Michigan in 2005
He also obtained his intravenous Sedation Certification from Medical School of Georgia.

Dr. Carr is an adjunct clinical lecturer at the Department of Cariology, Restorative Services and Endodontics at University of Michigan school of dentistry and and adjunct clinical professor in the division of Operative Dentistry and Endodontics at University of Western Ontario, school of dentistry.

Dr. Carr’s owns a private practice in London, Ontario restricted to Endodontics since 2005.
